Planning is underway for a 12-unit Supported Independent Living (SIL) facility within the The Vive. It will cater for the housing and assisted living needs of younger adults with varying levels of dependency within a privately operated and secure facility.

Perth Property Net will be developing this facility through 'Liber Victus Pty Ltd'.
The land has been rezoned "Urban Development" under the City of Joondalup District Planning Scheme and "Urban" under the Metropolitan Region Scheme.
The City of Joondalup has endorsed the Craigie Structure Plan which has now been approved by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC). Community consultation helped to inform the structure plan.
The Subdivision Plan was submitted to the WAPC in April 2012.
