The Wheatbelt town of Tammin is located 184 kilometres from Perth, on the Great Eastern Highway.
Situated between the towns of Cunderdin and Kellerberrin, the town is an agricultural-based community.
The town is serviced daily by the Prospector train, and the Merredin-Link train several times per week, with the railway station located in the centre of the town.
To continue the development of a vibrant regional community, purchasers are required to build their home within 36 months from settlement.
Regional Development Assistance Program (RDAP)
The Regional Development Assistance Program, also known as RDAP, helps Local Governments to address the high costs associated with residential, industrial and commercial land developments in regional WA. Through these partnerships, LandCorp, on behalf of the State Government, is helping to deliver the land needed to support regional growth and to build great communities.
