Where is Highland Range located?
Highland Range is located within the picturesque suburb of Jane Brook, approximately 19km northeast of the Perth CBD.

When did civil works commence?
Civil construction works for Stage 1 have re-commenced.  The civil works contractor appointed to complete the works is Croker Construction.
Construction works are being undertaken in accordance with a Safety Management Plan, which covers traffic, dust, noise and vibration control. All measures will be implemented to ensure disturbances are kept to a minimum.

When will Certificates of Title be available?
Certificates of Title are anticipated in July 2019.

Can I access site?
The Highland Range estate is currently not accessible to the public while construction works are underway. However, if you would like to visit site, please contact the Sales Agent to arrange a suitable time.

Stage 1 was issued subdivision approval by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) on 8 January 2019.

How many residential lots will be developed?
The 11.29 hectare estate will include approximately 145 single residential home sites in close proximity to landscaped 1.2ha area of Public Open Space. The estate will be developed over three stages, with the size of lots ranging from 375sqm to 1,847sqm. The average lot size is 510sqm.

Will Highland Range include Government housing?
All lots within Highland Range will be available for private purchase. There are no lots reserved for government housing.
