Highland Range is located within the picturesque suburb of Jane Brook, approximately 19km northeast of the Perth CBD.
What approvals are in place?
Subdivision approval was issued by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) in 2014. A Traffic Management Plan and Dust, Noise and Vibration Management Plan have been approved by the City of Swan.
How many residential lots will be developed?
The 11.29 hectare development site will include approximately 140 single residential home sites in close proximity to landscaped Public Open Space. The estate will be developed over three stages, with the size of lots ranging from 375sqm to 1,847sqm. The average lot size is 510sqm.
Stage 1A lots are available and are sized 431sqm to 723sqm.
Will Highland Range include Government housing?
All lots within Highland Range will be available for private purchase. There are no lots reserved for government housing.
When did civil works commence?
Construction, which includes bulk earthworks and Stage 1 civil works commenced in January 2018. These works are being undertaken in accordance with City of Swan approved Traffic Management Plan and Dust, Noise and Vibration Management Plan and all measures will be implemented to ensure disturbances are kept to a minimum.
Bulk earthworks across the site are now 80% now complete.
What is happening on site?
The site works contractor All Earth Group recently advised it had entered voluntary administration. LandCorp is in discussions with the Administrators regarding next steps, and development of Highland Range is proceeding as planned.
When will Stage 1 be released?
Stage 1A lots are currently available.
