June - The Goods Shed received the Heritage Award at the WA Architecture Awards.
June - New Transperth car park for Claremont train station patrons opens in the basement of the new Claremont Football Club - Monday 12 June
June - Claremont Football Club new clubrooms officially open and Claremont Tigers return to play at Claremont Oval - Saturday 10 June
March - TRG Properties selected to develop Lot 508

October - Lot 508 released for sale by Offers Invited
August - The Goods Shed opened
April - First residents move in to The Pocket by Georgiou Living (Lot 503)
April - Blackburne selected to develop Lot 509
March - Refurbishment work commenced on the historical Goods Shed and Stage 3 works were completed.

November - Revo Fitness announced they have secured a site on Davies Road for a new fitness centre

July - Georgiou Living selected to develop Lot 503, which will be the first apartment complex

December - Modifications to the structure plan along with estate Design Guidelines approved by the Town of Claremont
