Renowned as the gateway to the spectacular Stirling Range National Park near Albany, Borden is home to one of WA's highest peaks, Bluff Knoll.

Located 118km north of Albany and 400km south of Perth, Borden was named after Canadian Prime Minister Robert Laird Borden (1911-1920).

Residents live a relaxed Aussie lifestyle, from bushwalking and camping to enjoying the eighty spectacular wildflower species found only in this area. Between August and November it is possible to see more than 1,000 species of wildflowers in the Borden area. Borden is also known for its rich abundance of native fauna with more than 180 species of birds.

To continue the development of a vibrant regional community, purchasers are required to build within 36 months from settlement.

Regional Development Assistance Program (RDAP)
The Regional Development Assistance Program, also known as RDAP, helps Local Governments to address the high costs associated with residential, industrial and commercial land developments in regional WA. Through these partnerships, LandCorp, on behalf of the State Government, is helping to deliver the land needed to support regional growth and to build great communities.
