Land for Living
Creating great places to live
As our population grows, we have a critical role to play in Western Australia in creating vibrant, integrated and connected communities. Places where people want to live and socialise. Places which are connected to public services and infrastructure. Places which are inclusive and affordable.
These communities are being developed in our urban renewal and infill projects as well as our residential developments in outer metropolitan and regional areas. We realise the potential of unloved and underutilised spaces, transforming them into attractive, sustainable and connected places for people to live, play and work. We do this while maximising the use of existing infrastructure to create connected communities including Claremont on the Park and Cockburn Central West.
We realise the potential of regional Western Australia by investing in projects to rejuvenate and grow regional towns and cities. Our master-planned residential communities, both metropolitan and regional, are sustainable, integrated and connected. Our residential land program addresses current and future residential needs across the state.
We support the State Government's Perth and Peel@3.5million planning policies. We support and implement government affordability targets with a minimum 15 per cent of the land we sell meeting affordability criteria as set out in the State's Affordable Housing Strategy. Our work champions sustainable and cutting-edge technologies as is demonstrated in our Innovation through Demonstration projects.
