Claremont on the Park continues to kick goals in medium to high density urban development with the release of the latest developer lot and is an important next-step in connecting this inner-city master planned project with the wider Claremont community.
This new mixed-use corner lot will incorporate an exciting ground floor retail component that will help activate and connect the Claremont Oval project area with the existing Claremont Town Centre.
LandCorp chief executive Frank Marra said this latest developer lot was an unmissable opportunity to secure a landmark site that would deliver residential, retail and commercial opportunities in this highly desirable inner-city suburb.

Design Guidelines will inform the future development of Lot 509, to complement the high quality apartment developments currently being delivered via previous stage releases and to ensure the amenity of Claremont on the Park and the local community is achieved.
Expressions of Interest for Lot 509 close at 2pm (WST) on Thursday 1 October 2015. Shortlisted proponents will then engage in a Request For Proposal process.
