The Wheatbelt town of Eneabba, a mining and farming community 278km north of Perth and approximately 30km from the coast.
Surrounded by some of the most extensive and spectacular spring wildflower displays in Western Australia, the area around Eneabba was opened up for farming in the late 1950s, with town population growing further as a result of the emerging mining industry.
To continue the development of a vibrant regional community, purchasers are required to build within 36 months from settlement.
