We are Western Australia's land and development agency delivering projects which benefit our State. We identify, design and implement major land and infrastructure projects through a sustainable approach to development and we are seeking two recent graduates (2017 and 2018) who would like to contribute to this.

Our Program:

Our Graduate program (commencing January 2019) provides a challenging and exciting rotation schedule, working across all facets of our business. You will rotate through our Operations team supporting our Project/Development Managers on Industrial, Metropolitan and Regional land development projects. Rotations also include Marketing and Communications, Corporate Services and the Office of the CEO.

We will support you with a dedicated mentor and buddy whilst you are working with and learning from a number of industry and project specialists including Project/ Development Managers, Accountants and more. Upon successful completion of your 6-month rotation, we'll find you a suitable position in our business, taking into consideration your skills/experience and preference.

What we are looking for?

Graduates from all disciplines will be considered. The successful applicants will possess:

  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills (including written communication skills);
  • A team player attitude and demonstrated experience working in a team environment;
  • High level research and analysis skills including problem solving skills;
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and general IT skills;
  • Have a passion for the land and property industry;
  • An ability to demonstrate a commitment to our values in your professional and personal life; and
  • A "can do" attitude
