Developed to guide the creation of new places for people to live and work, our Sustainability Framework ensures communities remain in-touch with their surrounding environment.

It sets out our main focus areas and provides a plan to integrate four key sustainability elements into each of our projects.

This framework gives us the ability to monitor and assess our design and sustainability performance across a range of projects throughout Western Australia.

Our main goal is to support the long term benefits of sustainable development by adopting a long-term philosophy to what we do.

Our Sustainability Framework includes a number of strategies, processes and procedures to help us achieve our objectives, including:

• A process for visioning and objective setting
• Providing guidelines for purchasers to achieve good design outcomes 
• Sustainable development policies
