Rockingham boasts one of the fastest growing populations in Western Australia. This fact is not surprising with the amount of development revitalising the region - including our Rockingham Waterfront Village project.

Rockingham Waterfront Village is set to become an icon development for the popular coastal city, reinvigorating the city's beachfront precinct with a new range of tourism, lifestyle, residential, retail and commercial opportunities.

Rockingham is named after the ship that brought many of the settlers to town in 1830. Located 47km south of Perth, it is now a diverse city centre with a population of 90,000 people.

A key Rockingham Kwinana Development Office project, it will eventually be home to more than 400 people.
