Largest display village in the Pilbara

The Pilbara Display village has now officially closed, however ten builders will continue to open their homes for the coming months in support of our intitiative to introduce more builders into the region and generate a much greater choice of competitive housing options. Opening times will vary according to individual builders.

The display village is located on Wagari Drive in the heart of Baynton West. The village features a wide variety of housing options, able to meet the broad spectrum of demand for homes in the area. All the designs are innovative in their heating and cooling systems and the construction materials are well suited to the Pilbara climate.

The participating builders include BGC, Eaton Building, Ganan Group, McGrath Homes, Pilbara Residential Builders, Prefab Building Systems Australia, Rapley Wilkinson, Summit North West, Timik Developments and TR Homes.
