Perth is expected to be the fastest growing capital city over the next 50 years and the waterfront project will create a strong identity in the global market to ensure highly skilled and young workers are attracted to Western Australia to help support the projected economic growth.

Quite simply it will re-establish the historic connection that Perth once had with the Swan River while creating a new focus for the city, its residents and visitors.

LandCorp developed the initial concepts for the project, working in partnership with the Department of Planning. LandCorp’s property and project delivery skills were complementary to the planning expertise of the Department of Planning, who are responsible for taking the project forward.
