Perry Lakes is in Floreat, about seven kilometres west of Perth's CBD. The site is bounded by Meagher Drive, Underwood Avenue, Brookdale and Alderbury Streets.

Works will also prepare the site with roads, sewerage, underground electricity services and landscape works to create the first lots. Wherever possible, materials will be recycled for later use in elements of the redevelopment.
