Newman is a mining powerhouse of Western Australia's Pilbara region and a key service centre for some of the world's largest iron ore projects.

The resources boom has created unprecedented demand for homeowner and rental accommodation in Newman and we are working with the local community to accommodate this growth.  We are creating a 40 ha residential estate on the eastern side of the existing township which could ultimately deliver 382 home sites, parks, playgrounds, an amphitheatre and barbecue areas. Stage 1A of this has already been released. 

We are currently working with State Land Services to negotiate an amicable outcome on a native title agreement for future stages in the town.

The next release, Stage 1B, will be made up of 48 lots.
