Newman is the mining powerhouse of Western Australia’s Pilbara region. It is a key service centre for one of the world’s largest iron ore operations and a major employer for thousands in the resource industry.

The resource boom has created unprecedented demand for homeowner and rental accommodation in Newman and we are working with the local community to cater for this growth.

We have developed 6ha of industrial land and are developing a further 10.6ha in an area 1.5km from the town centre.

The site has good access to major transport links including the Great Northern Highway.

As part of our commitment to meeting industrial demand in the Pilbara, we released a total of 50 light industrial lots in Karratha, Port Hedland and Newman in September 2010. This was our widest release of light industrial land ever in the Pilbara and will help to support the economic growth of the region. We also released 21 lots in November 2011 via an online Registration of Interest.
