Located 15km north of Albany, the 80ha Mirambeena Industrial Park specialises in the provision of land to cater for a range of industries, including timber, farm produce and fishing.

Mirambeena is easily accessible by road, air transport and is also close to port facilities.

A range of lot sizes can be tailored to meet specific industry requirements. Existing industries include a sandalwood processing factory, fertiliser distribution centre and a grain processing facility.

Stage 2 is expected to be available late 2011.
