In just 30 years, Joondalup has become a thriving self-sufficient city and set national benchmarks for sustainable development and urban design.

The aim was to create a new regional centre for the north west corridor to cater for forecast population growth, relieve pressure in the Perth central area and create new employment opportunities.

Located 26km north of Perth, from its inception, Joondalup has been characterised by an integrated planning approach, especially the mix of residential, commercial, retail, recreational and educational areas.

We first released 75 residential lots at Joondalup’s City North in 1995, which has grown to become one of the most popular inner city residential developments in WA.

They were considered groundbreaking at the time.

Since then, 265 residential lots and 73 mixed use and commercial lots have been released.
