We are working with the Town of Cambridge on plans to redevelop the vacant former plant nursery site on Salvado Road, Jolimont, next door to the Matthews Netball Centre

The 4 hectare site will be developed for residential use to accommodate Perth’s growing population, supporting the State Governments Directions 2031 and Beyond policy.

A Town Planning Scheme amendment, which proposes to rezone the site to Residential (Special Control Area) was initiated by the Town of Cambridge in April 2013.

The proposed rezoning should be released for public comment in mid 2013.

Detailed plans for the redevelopment of the site will be progressed during 2013 and should be available for public comment towards the end of the year.
