Hope Valley-Wattleup is one of the most important future industrial developments for Western Australia.

LandCorp is managing the planning of more than 1000ha between Fremantle and Rockingham in Perth's south-west.

The new industrial development is known as Latitude 32. It will deliver a mix of 21st Century sustainable commercial and industrial precincts over 30 years.

The Hope Valley-Wattleup Master Plan was developed following an extensive period of community consultation and an environmental review.

Structure planning consultation will commence in the last quarter of 2008.
