Lot 130 Grouped Housing Request For Proposal

We recently released Lot 130, a 1.47ha grouped housing lot located close to the Harvest Lakes Village Centre via a Request For Proposal (RFP). The RFP period has now closed and all submissions are being reviewed. The preferred proponent will be announced in the coming weeks.

Covering a total area of 160 hectares, the Harvest Lakes estate when complete will house a community of 4,200 people. The estate is 80 percent complete and existing amenities include a primary school, community centre, a large lake and several areas of public open space.

Harvest Lakes will soon also include retail and speciality shopping and childcare services. By mid 2013 Woolworths will begin construction on a full range supermarket and speciality stores with doors due to open in 2014. Childcare provider Buggles will construct a childcare centre providing places for up to 92 children per day which is expected to open in early 2013.
