A small coastal town in the heart of Western Australia’s popular South West tourism region, Gracetown has a natural beauty enjoyed by visitors from all over the globe.
However, Gracetown has no reticulated water or sewerage system, a restricted telecommunications network and a limited power supply.
Our proposed residential development at Gracetown will create fully reticulated sewerage, recycled water and power solutions for new and existing households.
New water initiatives
Designed to complement individual households’ rainwater tank supply,a proposed recycled water system will deliver non-drinking water directly into households for laundry, toilet and garden use and also provide water for fire fighting.
In combination with efficient designs and appliances, these water saving measures will reduce average household water consumption when compared to the traditional Perth home.
Reduced power use
Renewable energies can power homes, the proposed new wastewater treatment plant and residential homes – ultimately reducing traditional household energy consumption by up to 50% when compared to the traditional Perth home.
