However, Gracetown has no reticulated water or sewerage system, a restricted telecommunications network and a limited power supply.

Our proposed residential development at Gracetown will create fully reticulated sewerage, recycled water and power solutions for new and existing households.

The Residential Concept

The proposed residential development at Gracetown will deliver approximately 140 additional residences to the township. The vision is for a low impact design which aims to follow the natural topography of the land, and incorporate sustainability principles which seek to maintain the character of the existing townsite.
