The renewal of Coolbellup schools sites as high-quality residential and public open space areas is well underway, with civil works starting at the Coolbellup Primary School site later this year.
We expect land to be available in 2013 with a diverse range of house and land packages available.
While the former school sites are being transformed into amazing residential and leisure spaces, the Coolbellup site will remain fenced off. This will ensure the safety of the community, as we begin development.
Project Vision
The project involves the development of the former Coolbellup, North Lake and Koorilla Primary School sites for residential and community use.
Our project partner Lend Lease will help us deliver the project vision “From Classrooms to Community" which aims to celebrate the role that these former schools played in the community over many years. Careful consideration of the significance of these sites has guided the planning and designs.
The plans present an exciting vision for the redevelopment of each site that provides a diversity in potential housing and land availability, as well as large public open spaces and parks that will make Coolbellup an even greater place to live and recreate.
