With increased employment opportunities in mining, power production and service businesses driving demand for industrial land in Collie, we have been working towards the expansion of the existing light industrial area, with a total of 52 new lots planned over three stages. All lots in Stages 1 and 2 are now available following the latest land release on 28 September 2011.

The lots are particularly suited to businesses which support and service the growing number of major industrial operations in the area and beyond.  Apart from existing and proposed big business activity, there are plans for the expansion of BHP’s Worsley Alumina refinery as well as the BlueWater Power Station expansion.
