We have, together with our project partners, Cedar Woods and the St Ives Group, begun planning the redevelopment of the former Carine TAFE site some 15km North of the Perth CBD.

Our vision is to create a sustainable pedestrian-friendly design capitalising on the surrounding facilities, and catering for all ages.
