The Broome Road industrial project is a proposed 400 hectare general industrial and transport development which is in the early stages of planning. The site is approximately 10km from Broome, situated on Broome Road opposite the Cape Leveque Road turn off.

It is envisaged the estate will be home to a variety of general industrial and transport related businesses.

We ran a registration of interest process in June 2010 to help us assess the likely demand for land in Broome as well as obtain information about potential purchasers' power, water and access requirements. This survey also included a section on the Blue Haze light industrial area extension.
