Who is involved in the development of Broome North? Depending on market conditions, full build out of the entire development is expected to take more than 20 years. Are there rebates on the Broome North lots? Yes. Purchasers are eligible for a front landscaping rebate and may be eligible for the first homebuyers rebate. Is the HAF rebate still available for lots in Broome North? Should their application be successful, applicants will be credited to the buyer at settlement, provided the buyer has completed the relevant statutory declaration in the contract of sale. The HAF rebate does not impact or reduce the purchase price paid for the land; the HAF will simply be deducted from the amount due to the buyer by LandCorp to complete settlement.
