Broome North is an exciting new development that will provide housing, business opportunities and community facilities for the future expansion of the town.  When fully developed, the estate could be home to up to 13,000 people.

We are working in conjunction with the Shire of Broome, the traditional owners and private developers to provide a range of housing options and deliver more affordable land and homes with a focus on climate responsive and innovative design.

Development of Broome North will respect the cultural and environmental heritage of the area and will include land for retail and community facilities.

Recently we sought Registrations of Interest from builders for a 10 lot display village at the entry to the estate. This has since closed and we are in the process of reviewing submissions.
