Derby, like many towns in the Kimberley, is growing through the expansion of nearby resources projects.

The future development of offshore gas deposits will add to demand for residential land in the town, and we are making sure there is sufficient land in the pipeline to cope with future demand. 
 
We are working on the delivery of a parcel of further residential land bordered by Bloodwood Crescent and Alfonsas Street. This is being done in collaboration with the Shire of Derby/West Kimberley and the traditional owners.
