LandCorp's major urban projects include urban renewal and land rejuvenation as well as facilitating land development projects necessitated by population growth.
LandCorp applies its land development and project management experience to help State Government agencies, local authorities, redevelopment commissions and the community achieve the development outcomes they seek.
We work closely with local government and the Department of Environment and Conservation to ensure that the impact of every development is minimised and, where possible, the local environment is enhanced.
LandCorp also seeks to employ best practice in every facet of land development: urban design, sustainable development, consultation, civil works, landscaping and financial performance.
LandCorp's expertise has secured a host of recognised industry awards and its projects continue to set standards.
Major Urban projects include:
- Mandurah Ocean Marina - an award-winning marina providing the Peel region with a world-class facility that offers residential, business and recreational facilities.
- Joondalup - securing LandCorp a coveted UDIA award for a major urban development, Joondalup is a vibrant regional centre that exemplifies quality urban design, and economic and community development.
