LandCorp employed Creating Communities to develop a Harvest Lakes Community Development Plan (CDP) to enable residents to become involved in a host of local community projects and initiatives. The plan incorporates LandCorp’s commitment to all aspects of sustainability - social, economic and environmental.

The focus was on educational programs with the local school and the community, focusing on arts, culture and the environment.

Some of the exciting projects LandCorp initiated include:

• Frog Friendly Garden Workshops
• Frog Watch Night Stalks
• Community celebration events
• Welcome events for new residents
