EOI & RFP NOW CLOSED
Expressions of Interest for around 15,000 hectares of irrigable agricultural land across three areas in the Ord-East Kimberley Expansion Project have now closed. Proposals were received from local, national and international parties interested in developing land for a variety of crops.
Proposals are now being assessed by an Advisory Panel who will make recommendations to Government following completion of due diligence on submissions received and receipt of expert advice on areas such as financial capability, proven experience, industry expansion and regional benefits.
An announcement on the preferred proponents for all three land release areas is anticipated in the next four months.
