The construction of a new mixed-use corner lot at Claremont on the Park is one step closer with the shortlisting of three well known developers.
Lot 509 is set to become a landmark site up to six storeys, housing a minimum of 119 apartments, with the opportunity for a maximum of 1,180sqm retail and 1,750sqm of commercial floor space.
After a recent Expression of Interest process which saw a number of high quality submissions being received, LandCorp is pleased to announce that Georgiou Developments, Blackburne and St Ives Group have been chosen for the next stage of the selection process.
LandCorp General Manager of Metro Luke Willcock said Lot 509 was an unmissable opportunity to secure a landmark site that would deliver residential, retail and commercial opportunities in this highly desirable inner-city suburb.
"It will incorporate an exciting ground floor retail component that will help activate and connect the Claremont on the Park project area with the existing Claremont Town Centre," Mr Willcock said.
