Crossroads Industrial estate hosts open day

15 Jun 2017

LandCorp invites prospective buyers to attend an open day at Crossroads Industrial, the first major development in the Forrestdale Business Park West.

Interested buyers will have the chance to tour the estate with sales agents, and learn more about the lots available and future releases on Thursday 22 June from 10.00am to 11.30am.

The Crossroads Industrial open day also coincides with LandCorp's 'Land yourself a deal' campaign. The offer encourages buyers to work with LandCorp on incentives that suit their business needs.

LandCorp's chief executive Frank Marra said Crossroads Industrial has seen strong demand from buyers, with Stage 1 sold out and Stage 2 already sixty percent sold.

"With only seven light industrial lots left for sale buyers will need to act quickly to secure a place in this strategically located industrial zone," Mr Marra said.

"Crossroads Industrial's location is proving to be a key drawcard with current purchasers benefiting from easy access to major transport routes such as Roe Highway and Kwinana Freeway and direct linkage to Tonkin Highway, and good access to Canning Vale, Welshpool and the Perth Airport."

Mr Marra said the seven remaining lots, ranging from 2,000sqm to 3,593sqm, were suitable for a wide range of uses and are fully serviced with power, water, sewer and gas connections, together with broadband network access.

"Several diverse businesses are already operating in the estate, including Wash Works car wash, Crossroads Mechanical Repco service centre, TQ Stone Products, Australian Plate Heat Exchanger Services, Earn the Burn fitness gym, and the highly anticipated 7-Eleven is expected to open mid-2017."

An estimated 300 businesses are expected to set up shop at the broader Forrestdale Business Park over the next 10 years providing up to $4billion in annual economic output and employment for more than 4,000 people.

Landscaping and public open areas are also complete, adding to the vibrancy and attraction of the estate.

Interested buyers are urged to attend the open day to find out more about the estate and the remaining sites, as well as the attractive incentives available in the 'Land yourself a deal' offer.

Crossroads Industrial is one of more than 30 industrial projects LandCorp is currently delivering across the city and the State to promote trade and job creation, and help build Western Australia's social and economic prosperity.
