With the recent opening of the Cockburn Aquatic & Recreation Centre (ARC) developers are being urged to move quickly to secure one of the remaining lots at Stage One of LandCorp’s Cockburn Central West.
LandCorp chief executive Mr Frank Marra said the combination of the completion of the first stage of landscaping and civil works and the huge interest the ARC is generating in the area now is a great time for developers to consider the highly-anticipated new contemporary urban centre.
The mixed use lots range in size from 2,768sqm to 5,376sqm.

With over 50 per cent of Stage 1 now sold developers are expected to commence early construction works in Spring 2017.
