Perth builders have the opportunity to partner with LandCorp to develop a number of unique and interesting sites within projects across the metropolitan area.

LandCorp Metropolitan General Manager, Luke Willcock, said this rare opportunity comes as we call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitable builders with the capacity and capability to deliver high quality housing product in five sought after locations.

“Situated at Mosman Park, Coogee, North Coogee, Girrawheen and Craigie the projects are expected to deliver more varied housing choices with accelerated delivery to the Perth homebuyer market,” Mr Willcock said.

“Our EOI is not restricted to a single company that is capable of delivering all five projects as we will appoint a partner for each of the projects.”

Mr Willcock said he could not recall when such a diverse suite of property opportunities had been offered previously by LandCorp.

“The variety of offerings within projects means builders will have the chance to work with us to deliver staged developments to the market while working within their capacity,” he said.

“By partnering with the building sector we are able to deliver housing that benefits from the combined expertise and skills of both organisations and this translates into a better outcome for our customers.”

As the State Government’s land development agency, LandCorp has released these opportunities to support the State deliver on its Directions 2031 and Beyond policy.

The EOI is now open and closes 9 August 2012.
