49 homesites have now been released as Stage 3 at LandCorp’s Champion Lakes
residential estate.

Stage 3 offers homebuyers a number of traditional homesites ranging in size from 375 sqm to 645 sqm, with prices starting from $193,000.

LandCorp General Manager Metropolitan, Luke Willcock said the estate is already a popular setting for a community attracted by the affordable lakeside lifestyle and public open space.
