The lots - at LandCorp’s Minim Cove estate in Mosman Park - range in size from 416sqm to 505sqm, with prices starting at $1.1million.
Mario Claudio, business manager metropolitan south said demand at Minim Cove has been particularly resilient in the previous nine months and this reflected the high regard purchasers had for the estate. “Minim Cove is one of the city’s premier addresses, just minutes from the CBD with a large portion of the estate dedicated to open space so residents can enjoy all the benefits of a riverside lifestyle,” Mr Claudio said.
