The latest release of prime home sites at the popular Harvest Lakes development is
expected to attract interest amongst the homebuyer market.

All lots will be sold by draw and registrations of interest are now open for Stage 12A at Aubin Grove which comprises 24 lots, ranging in size from 526 sqm to 702 sqm and priced from $245,000. The average lot price is $281,500.

The multi-award winning Harvest Lakes development demonstrates a high level of
innovation in residential estates. It has played a significant role in initiating sustainable
living principles within the southern suburbs which have increasingly become the norm for
new residential development, according to general manager metropolitan Luke Willcock.
“This newest release at the Harvest Lakes development is expected to be keenly sought
after as it is an excellent opportunity for buyers to secure a traditional lot within a high quality development,” Mr Willcock said.

“Harvest Lakes at Aubin Grove will continue the very high standards and innovation set in
previous stages.”

Registration of interest forms are available from sales agent, Andrew Antonas of Satterley Property Group at the sales office on Harvest Lakes Boulevard, Atwell. The sales office is open each Wednesday 2pm-5pm; and Saturday and Sunday 1pm-5pm.

Prospective buyers will need to submit their forms in person to the sales office by 5pm
Saturday 5 June 2010 and include a refundable deposit of $1,000 and a letter from a financial institution, confirming pre-approved finance.

It is a condition of purchase that prospective buyers attend the draw which will take place at the sales office on Saturday 12 June 2010 at 10 am.

To maintain the superior levels of environmental management and the highest quality for new homes, design guidelines, endorsed by the City of Cockburn, have been developed for Harvest Lakes at Aubin Grove.

Mr Willcock said the estate design guidelines help create climate responsive homes by
making energy efficient design and appliances; solar heating, water wise gardens, ventilation and insulation mandatory for new homes.

“In addition, the estate’s design guidelines aim to create a cohesive development which is visually attractive, strengthening the value of the buyers’ investment.”
