Peel Business Park's FIPWA on show at evokeAG

Peel Development Commission last month showcased Peel Business Park's FIPWA (Food Innovation Precinct Western Australia) at the Agrifuture's evokeAG Conference.

This is the Asia Pacific’s premier agrifood innovation event, which brings together thought leaders and change makers in agriculture.

FIPWA recently welcomed Global bakery agribusiness ARYZTA. The Swiss-owned company will be a foundation agrifood tenant in the Park - strongly aligned with the $49 million Transform Peel project and Food Innovation Precinct WA - established to drive new industries, create jobs and improve food security through innovation, research and collaboration.

Take a look at the below videos which highlight the exciting innovation happening at Peel Business Park and the Food Innovation Precinct Western Australia.

Strategically placed 10km north-east of Mandurah, Western Australia's largest regional city, the Peel Business Park is the gateway to the Peel agriculture region.

Its convenient position, east of the Kwinana Freeway, provides easy access to the southern corridor and Perth Metropolitan area, as well as the Southwest and the ports of Kwinana, Bunbury and Fremantle, in addition to airports.

The 1,000 hectare Peel Business Park is the first of three stages in the integrated Transform Peel initiative; alongside the 42,000 hectare Peel Food Zone and the Peel Integrated Water Initiative, each funded by the State Government. It will provide the ideal home for agri-food and agri-processing operators, as well as ancillary light, general transport and logistic industries.
