The Broome Road Industrial Park is a general industrial and transport development located within Western Australia's iconic Kimberley region.
In our role as the Government's land and infrastructure development agency, we continue to lay the groundwork for the communities of tomorrow. This work relies on good cross government collaboration and the opening up of a diverse range of residential, commercial, tourism and industrial opportunities for the private sector. This approach helps to shape the Government's state-wide development agenda and ensures we realise Western Australia's development potential.
Contact the Sales Agent to discuss negotiations on deposits, settlement or build dates, early construction rebates, early site access or other benefits.
Broome Road Industrial Park has also been named Warrgamburu Birragun (pronounced Warr-gam-bu-ru Birr-a -gun) by the Yawuru traditional owners, which means 'working place in the bush'.
The 412 hectare Broome Road Industrial Park has been designed to service the growing town of Broome and the West Kimberley region.
Ideally located for access to Great Northern Highway, only 8km from Broome Town Centre and 16km from Broome Port, the area is suitable for a wide range of industries including transport and logistics, equipment hire and construction services.
Zoned 'Industry' under the Shire of Broome's Town Planning Scheme, the area will also suit processing and support industries for the recently released Skuthorpe Horticulture Area.
We have worked closely with the Shire of Broome, Department of Planning, Nyamba Buru Yawuru Ltd and other stakeholders to develop the Broome Road Industrial Master Plan and help guide the long-term development of the estate.
