Uniquely positioned, Lot 601 is part of the CBD shopping precinct, with main street frontage onto both Marine Terrace (main shopping street) and Foreshore Drive with uninterrupted views of Champion Bay and the recently redeveloped foreshore.
This mixed use lot has been identified as a key development area for the overall BCM2 project that will integrate the urban core of Geraldton, providing a cohesive city centre link between the traditional CBD, the revitalised foreshore and Batavia Coast Marina.
