One such project is Alkimos. Located 40kms north of Perth the proposed 2,600ha coastal site will ultimately provide homes, employment opportunities and lifestyle choices. Around 50,000 residents are expected to live in this area, which will ultimately be served by its own Regional Town Centre and include a 7.5km beachfront.

Springs Rivervale is the renewal of a riverside area close to recreational facilities with access to major road and rail transport. The 14ha site is bounded by the Swan River, Graham Farmer Freeway and Great Eastern Highway. The precinct will incorproate a range of land uses and building types, including mixed use, commerical and residential.

The Perry Lakes Redevelopment Project will create a high quality residential area in a unique parkland setting in Floreat. The redevelopment will replace the existing stadium which is now beyond its useful life. The 15ha site will provide approximately 600 dwellings consisting of detached houses, townhouses and aprtments.

In the south, Cockburn Central is taking shape as an exciting community. The precinct has been designed to create thriving shopping, business and entertainment precincts within easy walking distance of public transport on the popular Southern Suburbs Railway.

We are also working on a range of next generation business parks and industrial estates throughout Perth. Estates such as Meridian Park in Neerabup and the Flinders Precinct within our Latitude 32 Industry Zone will feature leading edge sustainable design and will demonstrate our commitment to creating employment opportunities and supporting business and economic growth.
