Located in the tropical north of Western Australia, the Kimberley region extends from Broome in the west to Kununurra and Lake Argyle in the east. It covers around 421,000 square kilometres.

The region has experienced strong economic growth over the last few years due to the expanding resource, agriculture, tourism and retail industries.

The first six stages of land have been released in Waranyjarri Estate, Broome North's first precinct.  The development will ultimately be home to up to 13,000 people, and will provide a wide range of residential land, as well as commercial, light industrial and tourism opportunities.  Provision for schools, public open space, parks and community facilities is also being made.  Light industrial lots are now selling by private treaty at the Blue Haze light industrial area.

Our UDIA award winning development in Broome, Januburu Six Seasons Estate, is a modern, well-planned community with easy access to the beach and just four kilometres from the town centre.

The Ord-East Kimberley Development Plan is a nation building project funded through a collaborative partnership between the Australian and Western Australian Governments, involving a total investment of $515 million between 2009 and 2013. The project includes the release of around 15,000 hectares of agricultural land, in conjunction with the improvement of social, community and common-use infrastructure as well as training, employment and business opportunities for indigenous people of the East Kimberley.

Lakeside Park Estate in Kununurra will ultimately provide more than 300 homesites for the town, and provides land for public housing and staff accommodation for government employees servicing the East Kimberley.  Our Coolibah Estate is a demonstration, medium density housing development close to the town centre, and provides diversity of housing for the town of Kununurra.

Industrial land is catered for in the town through the Weaber Plain Light Industrial Area, with land currently available.

We also support land needs for smaller Kimberley towns such as Derby and Halls Creek.
