Our land and property development experience spans more than 20 years and has resulted in the creation of major new tourism and commercial development, residential estates and the opening up of industrial land right across metropolitan and regional Western Australia.

Our support of the long term land and development needs of the State Government and businesses across WA is driven by a desire to promote good social, economic and environmental outcomes for the community.

Metropolitan
By 2031 the population of Perth is expected to grow to more than 2.2 million people. With 70 per cent of those people living in the Perth metropolitan area, the need for new communities is vital to keep our state moving forward.

Using the State Government’s Directions 2031 strategic planning framework, we’re investing in development to meet this growth head-on.

We’re creating new suburban Activity Centres where people can choose from a range of housing styles and live close to shops, services, restaurants, open space and public transport. Places where people can live, work and spend time with their family and friends and, at the same time, reduce their reliance on cars.

Commercial and Industrial
Our commercial and industrial program is helping to keep the wheels of commerce turning across Western Australia by creating opportunities for businesses to invest and grow.

From the Pilbara to the Great Southern, the Wheatbelt to the Goldfields, our next generation industrial estates cater for all sorts of businesses, from light industrial to specialised commercial zones.

Regional
Our regional program is about stimulating economic growth across Western Australian by activating new land and creating places where communities can thrive. But we can’t do this alone. To achieve this we work hand-in-hand with State and local Government and our business partners to provide land for exciting new projects - from waterfront developments - to residential communities.
