Past Projects

Since 1992 LandCorp has been responsible for a range of significant infrastructure projects to benefit Western Australia.

In our early years we built a team capable of delivering a project of the dimensions of a whole city.

Since its inception in the 1970s to the regional centre as it stands today, boasting world class transport, amenities and services, the Joondalup City project was a landmark achievement.

We have created enviable lifestyle opportunities in the regions, including the urban renewal of Marlston Hill, which changed the face of WA’s second city.

At Marlston Hill the city’s former petro-chemical storage depots was transformed to one of the most sought-after addresses in the south-west.

We undertook work at 140 William Street as part of the largest ever public infrastructure project in WA, the South Suburbs Railway.

Creating opportunity for development at William Street paved is playing an important role in the renewal of the Central Business District and has led to the construction of WA’s first five star-Green Star office building.
